From the lessons of the pilot, the paper explores ways be which m-commerce interventions may benefit microfinance towards achieving MFI Objectives.
The paper recommends a strategy for m-commerce intervention in CARD-NGO and for MFIs at large. Lastly, the paper summarizes the findings of the pilot and proposes ways by which m-commerce service providers could better enable clients in the microfinance sector.
